Project Manager and head designer with expertise in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and applications of CAD / CAM / CAE. Associate professor at Universidad Nacional de Colombia. I'm interested in Design Theory, Design Research, Design Semiotics, Sustainable Mobility and Social Innovation. I believe that an enacted/embodiment approach to design semiotics enable us to design better products in order to improve social equity, universal accessibility and environmental responsibility.

Project Manager and Lead Designer.Aug 2007 - Dec 2010 (3 years 4 months)Design and construction of a prototype Formula 1000 category car with the latest technology (PLM, CAD / CAM / CAE). .
Responsibilities included team training and management, project planning, resources and sponsors management, visual design, concept development, modeling and prototyping, ergonomic and aerodynamic issues; orientation of inexperienced trainee racing team; documentation, technical illustrations, animations and BOM of the project and supervision of the manufacture and purchase of materials and supplies.
