* Provide front desk customer service and reception support for student, faculty, staff and organizations who utilize the center, resource and meeting spaces. * Complete daily tasks posted to Trello and Slack, and keep documents and files updated and organized. * Attend weekly staff meeting with all other student managers and professional staff.

* Create graphics including but not limited to flyers, posters, ad campaigns, apparel/sale item designs, etc. for the SA executive board and the SA as a whole. * Effectively communicate and collaborate with the other MAP department members as well as any SA e- board or general SA members regarding assignments, requests, questions, etc. * Manage time in terms of creating content as well as accommodating with MAP department meeting times and weekly assignments given.

* Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive attendance at SASC events and messaging relevant to student-athletes and the campus population. * Facilitate SASC social media engagement and growth by regularly updating Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc., to provide new and unique content. * Help streamline and improve the effectiveness of communication with student-athletes and campus groups/organizations.

* Develop marketing tools for brand presentations and sales. * Provide strong interpersonal and communications skillset while assisting staff members in daily tasks. * Plan and execute the biannual marketing project "Re-Kraft".
