Hi, my name is Kartiki Gonsalves. I am a creative leader and mentor to conceptualize, develop and implement innovative design strategy. I am an enthusiastic and motivated designer committed to producing a high standard of work. I have natural interpersonal and communications skills, strong attention to details, and a great work ethic.

I have the ability to self manage and produce project deliverables on time and on budget. I have the desire to be a part of something big, the need to create outstanding work daily. As a team player I have the interest to collaborate and succeed in a dynamic environment. Excited about the entire scope of a project, from brainstorming to production. Solid understanding and excitement for typography, producing work that makes copy look good, sound good and strengthen a great image. Works tirelessly to craft campaigns that suit the clients specific needs, while pushing the edges of what they thought was possible. Strives not merely to communicate, but to convey a message, and to connect an idea and a person through beautiful and captivating work. I do what I love, and I love just about everything creative with standards. Driven by curiosity and a constant desire to learn and grow, I believe with each project it is an opportunity to introduce something new, creative, clever, yet contains a strong message that communicates to the world.
