Edlio meets the website needs of K-12 schools by providing teachers an 
easy-to-use content management system while providing advanced capabilities to web admins. The product team’s responsibilities included improving the existing product and designing new features for market differentiation.

My top three projects frequently highlighted by the sales team and positively reviewed by clients:

Help Center Redesign: Lead UX & UI designer, production coder, information architect and content writer for the complete overhaul of the product’s help center. Project significantly increased the ease of access, timeliness and clarity of information available to clients, resulting in a 30% decrease in support tickets submitted per client.

Form Builder: Lead UX & UI designer and researcher for a new form creation and management feature added to the product to stay competitive, reduce support costs and increase revenue. Six months after release 211 sites had added the new feature and had received 13,984 responses to 605 forms.

Navigation: Reorganized and redesigned the navigation to reduce confusion and improve engagement through better information architecture, increased findability of certain features and responsive design.
