The Monessen Firebox Collection features 3 product levels:
Good - Exacta, builder focused, basic features.
Better - Attribute, designer oriented features including Double-sided Fiber Interior panels and Black Glass. Also includes optional Contemporary Front to trim out the firebox.
Best - LoRider, best quality interior panels including high definition fiber panels, concrete brick panels, and Ceramic black glass. optional Contemporary Front trim.

My role included redesigning our firebox assortment to optimize viewing area, improve unfinished aesthetics (fireboxes can be finished up to viewing area but often are not, for this project I designed the front face of the firebox to be attractive even if exposed), meet cost and product manufacturing complexity targets, and add design features and benefits.

I worked with our in house manufacturing team to develop the double-sided fiber refractory mold technology and new painting techniques to bring more options to consumers with fewer SKUs.
