Purposeful design with a heart. I aim to create beautiful things that communicate in the simplest and most visually digestible way possible. I have experience in working with everything from packaging, environmental design, editorial layout, front-end web design and motion graphics. I'm a jack of all trades with a marketing & strategy lean.
Purposeful design with a heart. I aim to create beautiful things that communicate in the simplest and most visually digestible way possible. I have experience in working with everything from packaging, environmental design, editorial layout, front-end web design and motion graphics. I'm a jack of all trades with a marketing & strategy lean.
Recently, I was working for a brand's in-house digital department, which presents a unique challenge as far as design development is concerned. There I worked on everything from print to digital. I collaborated with a few team members in the organization on developing a solid web process and digital strategy, churning out email blast for over 4 million subscribers and social media posts for over a half million followers & friends.
Of all the things I love about design, I get incredibly excited in seeing all the parts and pieces come together, especially for brand identities and overall marketing campaigns, and I have a soft spot for social media marketing & digital strategy. I hope to create more beautiful bridges between the two worlds. -

that exudes youth, attitude & value. Daily tasks include web updates, brand development, email design and overall digital strategy.
In addition to everyday design tasks, was responsible for development and maintenence of a digital marketing calendar, which created an overview of email marketing and social media.
Other responsibilities include:

Visual MerchandiserForever 21Sep 2010 - Apr 2011 (7 months)Responsible for daily visual upkeep of at least 8,000 sq ft of a 25,000 sq ft flagship store. Based on current stock, was expected to create visual displays highlighting current trends and marketing campaigns.

Motion Graphics Artist/Graphic DesignerHistory Making ProductionsApr 2010 - Sep 2010 (5 months)Freelance work included the development of brand identity and overall graphic direction for the documentary, beginning with pilot episode. This included the production of motion graphics, printed marketing materials and digital photo and video retouching and color correction.

Graphic Design InternPhiladelphia Museum of ArtMar 2009 - Sep 2009 (6 months)Assisted the in-house design team in production, design, mounting and other tasks relating to exhibitions and signage. Was also given the opportunity to design and implement graphics, art labels and signage for smaller exhibitions/departments within in the museum as well as community projects for the city of Philadelphia.
