I was promoted from Sample Coordinator to Inventory Control Manager within 5 months.
As a sample coordinator, I coordinated with the PR firm to pull all samples for magazine/celebrity requests.
As the inventory control manager, I managed the accurate and timely processing of up to 40 invoices per month.
I addressed all customer inquiries and resolved complaints.
I reordered inventory when it dropped below Buyer's predetermined levels.
I reconciled daily inventory in Speed (warehouse website) for thousands of Sku's.
I managed all buy plans and created all product descriptions and names and set retail pricing for new merchandise.
I created purchase orders and submitted them to the warehouse and appropriate vendors; after merchandise was shipped, I reconciled and closed all PO's.
I was in daily contact with vendors to ensure proper merchandise quantity, color, and sizing was shipped; worked with AIMS.

As a selling manager, I acted as liason who maintained open communication between BCBG and Macy's.
I gathered data to research and analyze business in order to meet & exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly, sales goals.
I created visual marketing including the execution of floor set moves. With that, I created a uniform visual display by styling mannequins in the newest product.
I trained Macy's employees on BCBG selling techniques and educated them on new merchandise color and fit.
I collaborated with the advertising and marketing departments to create different FNO's and runway shows.
