Kelly Lofgren Oliver

I have spent a portion of my 15 years of design experience working in Hospitality and Multi-family Design, but my heart will always be in high-end Residential Design. Through all of these design genres, I have been able to gain a firm understanding of the unique criteria for space planning guidelines, FF&E specifications, lighting specifications and budget requirements. It takes a lot of research, planning, and teamwork to complete both large and small scale projects on time while collaborating with a multitude of professionals and subcontractors in the industry. My national accounts include Darden, First Watch and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. My local accounts include Cask & Larder, The Ravenous Pig, East End Market and Sharky's on the Pier.

As for my most recent experience in high-end Residential interior design, I have worked with Akers Custom Homes, Christopher Ryan Homes, PurposeBuilt Vacation Homes, Legacy Vacation Resorts, Advanced Building Construction, Hastings Homes Inc., RLH Construction, Stonebridge Custom Homes to name a few. I am involved from the conception of a floorplan through the punch-out, ensuring our clients get the home for which they have dreamed.

My current portfolio includes work for Greystar, Encore, NADG, Americal Residential and Integra, with many more in the works. These projects are large scale, multi-million dollar investments and we usually work on them for about 2-3 years.

I utilize pen and paper along with CAD, Sketch-Up, and Photoshop to bring my visions to life, building upon and further developing my creative mind. I am NCIDQ certified (#31417), which I earned in the Spring of 2016.
