Keeps the minutes of the proceedings of the monthly meetings. Responsible for chairing at least one PTO event during the school year and performs other duties as required. As Communications chair, manages website and social media design and content, develops and delegates marketing timelines and strategies, designs and maintains a library of marketing assets. Design spirit wear and branded merchandise and coordinate with vendor.

Design, produce and maintain website HanscomServices.com; Improve/develop squadron brand and web presence: create a new modern look/feel/functionality for the site; Act as primary liaison with a digital marketing company; Design a new homepage with a contemporary look and mobile responsive functionality; Design inner page templates to coordinate with new functionality of the homepage; Develop "best practices" guide for Marketing Team with "how-to" guides and strategic plans for new site features; Encourage brand engagement through web-driven campaigns & promotions; Determine with Marketing Team new ways to increase customer interest/sales through web-based initiatives; Review and interpret website data & analytics; Analyze effectiveness of current marketing strategies & produce new marketing plans based on patterns in weekly/monthly/yearly web traffic & customer engagement; Constantly finding creative ways to improve & streamline department processes & communication.

Create and produce meeting collateral for clients as well as internal print materials.

Work with production manager, designer, and creative director; learn creative process through design projects-brainstorm, layout, color choice, revise and fit copy; shadow on press checks; create project mock-ups

Student summer hire program at Hanscom Air Force Base. Work with marketing team on promotional products for base services. Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to develop logos and t-shirt graphics and to create promotional materials for 20+ facilities.
