• Communicate with the marketing and art teams at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSLO) during packaging concept and approval processes.
• Work closely with internal photography producer and MSLO team to meet tight photo shoot deadlines.
• Work with internal compliance team at EK Success to meet all necessary packaging standards and regulations set by Wilton Brands and affiliated retailers.
• Work with packaging engineer at Wilton Brands to decrease packaging damage during drop testing.
• Manage packaging re-works on older products to meet new compliance standards working closely with the domestic warehouse team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Self-manage and organize all projects within tight time lines.
• Prepare all packaging artwork and die lines for Far East production.
• Communicate with Far East offices and factories on all levels of packaging production.
• Approve packaging samples for final production.

• Illustrate/Design seasonal and category specific scrapbooking and crafting products under the Recollections Brand, Sticko Brand, and EK Success private label.
• Prepare artwork mechanicals for production and communicate with Far East factories.
• Work with Product Manager on material and pricing options.
