• Confirm final upper patterns,footwear components(outsole, mold part, etc) and blue prints.

• Execution of individual designs and whole collections from concept to production
• Providing innovative designs to meet the needs of the company's customers and consumers
• Create and design for dress, casual, sports, performance and work shoe categories
• Designed footwear components(insole, outsole..etc) for new development and packaging
• Provide seasonal colorway, material, technology, market and style trend
• Clearly communicating the artistic vision to internal or overseas development team
