Graduated with M.A. and B.A. (1st Hon.) from School of Design, Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2004 and 2001 respectively, Kent devotes in designing multimedia life style product and bag. Joining Avec-design since his graduation, Kent is currently the company Design Director and has participated in collaborations with Canon, Lenovo and Royal Selangor etc. Co-found the brand ZIXAG in 2009, he collaborates with designers like Freeman Lau and Michael Young for developing ZIXAG products, exploring China and international markets.

In 2012, a furniture design and production company which invested by KLandK design consultant and HSD design - YQ Design was established with Kent’s belief of demonstrating the quality furniture, designed with an essence of asian aesthetics with modern design, to the world.

Besides product advancements, Kent expresses his concerns in design promotion via joining various activities, including Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) “Design in Progress” TV series (2005), in which Kent was interviewed and led a design workshop. He was also invited to exhibit in “Better Living” exhibition at Hong Kong Heritage Museum in 2006, which helped to foster the design atmosphere in the city. In 2009, he joined the international innovation forum Pecha Kucha Night at Beijing sharing his experience and idea on design worldwide.
