•Style and Design of the Fiber Glass exterior and interior Parts of the Bus using Pro/Engineer Cad system.
•I am the owner of the Hyundai Stallion style. It was a very sophisticated design done completely on Pro/Engineer Cad system. I have designed the frame, witch support the style of the Hyundai stallion project and optimize it on Pro/Mechanica finite element package. There are some pictures of that project enclosed.
•I have designed the dashboard of the super_high_deck and high_deck coachs, this dashboard was desingned completely on Pro/Engineer Cad system. This dashboard was a breakthrough, because it is the first dashboard designed completely in Egypt made from Hardpolyurethane covered with PVC foil. We have also succeeded to produce this dashboard in Egypt with very good quality.
•I have made the style and the frame design of Dubai CityBus front end. Picture and article from Scania world enclosed.
•I am the Stylist of the New Supper Highdeck (Splendido). Style, exterior fiber parts design, front and rear end frame design.
•I am the Stylist of the New Mitsubishi Bus made for Saudia Arabia. Style, exterior fiber parts design, front and rear end frame design.
•Stress Analyst.
•Create Finite Element Models for the Buses Frames that, Simulate much the reaction of the actual frames in response of applying Static and Dynamic loads on the frames.
•Perform the Static and Dynamic Stress Analysis on a number of Finite Element models, starting from the simpler and ending with the most complex one.
•Gives suggestions for modifying the frame based on the stress analysis results to produce a frame that is safer, lighter and cheaper.
•I have worked on AlGOR finite element package, and now I am working on Pro/Mechanica and Ansys workbench version 9

•Mold design using Pro/Engineer.
•Mechanism design using Pro/Engineer.
•CNC Programming using Pro/Engineer.
•Working professionally on Adams dynamic simulation program.
