As a dedicated member of the operation team, I specialize in the design development of on-bike components, touch-point products, accessories, and essential items. I am responsible for managing the graphic concept and industrial design process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to mass production. I work closely with the Product Developer, Concept Designer, and Product Manager to guarantee that designs meet the needs and expectations of both the stakeholders and the end consumers.

With a focus on process optimization and effective team collaboration, I play a key role in driving results and delivering exceptional outcomes. My responsibilities include:

- Developing painting techniques in partnership with vendors to ensure they are suitable for mass production.
- Streamlining the graphic design development process for components to optimize implementation.
- Introducing new technologies and techniques to the design team and vendors, driving innovation and creativity.
- Leading custom projects for specific components with outside vendors.
- Maintaining open communication with outside OE partners to identify and implement new solutions that meet the needs of riders.
- Managing all component graphic and helmet graphic design projects.
- Providing industrial design support for components as needed.

As an experienced independent industrial designer, I have a diverse portfolio, including products such as watches, vaping devices, bike components, gaming mice, cat litter boxes, and marketing installations. As a specialist in industrial design, I bring my expertise to the HTC flagship smartphone design team. I am responsible for generating new concepts and researching market trends, competitor analysis, user behavior, and the latest technology in the consumer electronics industry. My team's goal is to create top-tier smartphones that embody both aesthetic appeal and advanced hardware design to meet the needs of HTC's target audiences.

As the lead designer for the HTC U11+, I was instrumental in creating the company's first 18:9 screen ratio smartphone. The device features a sleek glass unibody-like design and a refined metal frame, along with a cutting-edge squeezable frame control that lets users interact with the device with simple squeezes. This balance of hardware and software innovation delivers a unique user experience at a competitive price point.

In addition to my work on smartphones, I was part of the innovation team that developed the HTC VIVE VR headset and the VR theme park, HTC VIVELAND, powered by VIVE. Through in-depth user scenario analysis, we designed the headset with a focus on user needs and developed a scalable business model for HTC VIVELAND. The team also created the packaging for the VR theme park, ready for deployment in B2B settings.
