I am a Biology PhD with a broad set of interests. I have research experience in microbiology, parasitology, virology, mathematical modeling/computational biology, and in ecology. My research has focused on global health and infectious disease, but my main interests lie in microbial ecology/environmental science and building my scientific illustration/design portfolio.

In addition to my scientific background, I have a strong interest in the arts and invite you to view a selection of my work under the "Portfolio" Tab!
