• Led a team of 15 engineers, executed the development of industrial product design projects from concept to
production stage.
• Discussed with mold design and manufacturing processes, including Plastic Injection Molding, Sheet Metal,
Extrusion, Die Casting, and Machining.
• Oversaw vendors to insure product quality.

Main achievements:
• Created the 1st CAT 6A RJ-45 connector with “short pin mechanism” reducing product cost by 20% while boosting the performance, which increased a great deal of revenue and became the core product.
