Seagulls was created over the summer of 2014 as a 15 member project. My role was producer where I focused on managing the team and making sure milestone goals were met on time and at the highest quality. I also assisted the art team with a focus on in-engine art management and coding. I worked on the systems that allowed for randomized coloring / textures on the humans and buildings throughout the game.
