• Set the merchandise plan that will be released for every season based on budget for all brands.

the product development team for the submission of design study.
• Review designs provided by product development team for approval.
• Coordinate with accounting department for payment of orders.
• Provide product information.
• Monitor and review sales of all merchandise to meet the target.
• Review inventory movement of each merchandise in all distribution units and warehouse.
