This patented product was created after many hours of research and ideation at my internship at Calphalon®. The overall shape, contours, and safety requirements were the result of a careful study of current slicers on the market, and how they lacked real safety, I even injured myself while testing other products. A true testament to my desire to help create a safe to use, beautifully designed slicer for the home kitchen.
