My responsibility was to estimate the cost of the unit & develop the prototype. The unit consisted illuminated front branding, Pack cassettes for cigarette dispensing & a lockable door .
I used Pro Engineer Wildfire 5.0 & AutoCAD for the Design & development (to create technical drawings & assembly instruction manuals).
The unit made up with Powder coated Aluminum, Clear poly carbonate, Acrylic, Mild steel tubes.The highlights of the construction were, ease of assembling & Durability. Detailed assembly instruction drawings were provided along with the unit. This unit has been installed across almost all Groceries Supermarkets & Hypermarket checkouts in U.A.E & GCC
