My responsibility was to estimate the cost of the unit, Co-coordinating with suppliers & develop the prototype. The unit consisted of Fiberglass header, Back panel, Height adjustable trays, Footer & Base with the option for trolley guard.
I used Pro Engineer Wildfire 5.0 & AutoCAD for the Design & development (to create technical drawings & assembly instruction manuals).
The unit made up with Powder coated steel, clear poly carbonate & Stainless steel tubes. All brandings are interchangeable .The highlights of the construction were the unit’s modularity & ease of assembling .It was flat packed to save storage space & shipping cost. Detailed assembly instruction drawings were provided along with the unit. This unit has been installed across supermarkets& hypermarkets in U.AE.
