* Responsible for designing and managing the development process of four footwear collections per season across women's, children's and men's formal and sports styles. * Conduct in-depth research for current season trends, identifying key shapes, trims, innovative materials, and techniques. * During my frequent travels to the Far East, I work closely with the material department to source new components and materials to add to our vast library which I catalogue ensuring records for pricing and minimums and kept up to date. * Within the Far East, I travel to suppliers, factories and overseas offices to manage all development and nurture productive relationships. * Extensive experience and expertise in 3D printing, working directly with heel mould and 3D print suppliers. * Able to realize conceptual heels that others would think impossible making a fantasy illustration into a practical, wearable shoe. * Liaising with the buying department to discuss sales and predictive costing brackets for projects assigned to me, which includes regular participation in costing meetings. * Responsible for evolving seasonal bestsellers into future trend-appropriate styles to maximize again on their performance. * Responsible for developing and maintaining all specification packs for the factories and development offices in the Far East to use as a seasonal guide. * Create artwork for embroidery and print design across all collections. * Manage all correspondence between offices in the Far East and the UK development team. * I am proactive, identifying and resolving technical issues related to product development, evaluating prototypes and taking necessary actions to solve problems. * Working closely with the technical department, coordinating all fit adjustments and signing off the samples, ensuring they meet the company standards. * Fit model for all Irregular Choice and Poetic Licence...

* Worked at Marks and Spencer's head office footwear and accessories design department in a supporting role to the head designer. Thrived within a busy, high-volume environment requiring the ability to prioritise and provide exceptional assistance and support. I worked extensively on the 2011 footwear and accessories collection. * Participated in factory spec and range-building meetings. * Assisted in the organisation of essential trips and meetings. * Shoe design, mood boards, trend analysis, spec sheets, CAD design, and general office duties. ACCOMPLISHMENTS * After only two years at Design Asylum, I was promoted to the role of Senior Product Designer. *Managed all technical product development on all 16 of the company's bestselling collaboration collections. *Worked in close partnership with globally recognised companies, such as Disney, Pixar, and Lucas film, on the design and production of specially commissioned collections, timed to coincide with the release of their new and upcoming movie franchises. *Designed, developed, and seasonally updated numerous bestselling styles, which have a proven track record of increasing company sales year on year. .
