Manage the development relationship and communications with the USA partner which redevelops part of Castelli items for US market.

RESEARCH
Research of new material, accessories and tech processes visiting suppliers and sector trade shows.

DESIGN
Carry out or supervise detailed design work, preparing tech drawings, completing with suggestion and alternative design proposals and with a prototype if required.

Collaborate with the Pattern engineering and technical specialists to ensure that the design takes advantage of the latest materials or technologies, ensuring a proper fit.

DEVELOPMENT
Propose materials and accessories suitable for each style and develope new ones if necessary.

At each stage of the project, advise management on the status of the active projects and offer suggestions for time line improvements when necessary.

Maintain product specifications, publish, and keep all records, tech drawings, and samples associated with the product and related programs for the manufacturing team.

Final cost estimate when the design is finalized.

Identification and forecasting trends, colours, silhouettes and future market demands.
