Designing and implementing revenue driving marketing campaigns for over 35 dining locations, including national/proprietary brands, athletic venues and a large catering division. Assists Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of revenue driving initiatives. Responsible for the graphic design and creative needs of Loyola University Chicago (LUC) for ARAMARK including the development of logos, retail and environmental signage, branding, advertising and campaigns, brochures and related print collateral, sales proposal content, presentations and web designs.

Stands as Community Manager in charge of developing (and designing) unique content for LUC Dining's social media outlets, executing effective fan acquisition campaigns and refreshing the look of all social media sites.

Key tasks include rebranding and redesigning the look of eight dining locations, redeveloping and implementing a structure for all social media, developing monthly promotions and events (with design work) for all campus dining locations, updating and running the campus dining website, gathering and analyzing data through campus mapping projects and photographing weddings, dining locations and catering events.

Experience with Nikon cameras, external flashes and lenses for wedding, sports, portrait and event photography.

Clients include: Scion, METRO Magazine, Star Tribune's Vita.MN, Media Bistro, Elizabeth Strawbridge Photography (assistant).

Writing deadline-oriented pieces and reviews on fashion, arts, shopping and events based out of Minneapolis, MN. Photographing runway shows and events with a Nikon D300s camera.

Designing marketing material for the University of Minnesota campus including menus, posters, stickers, catering guides and maps. Photographing wedding and catering events. Working with a marketing team at college football games, catering events and campus events.
