Lauren Tullos

On the floor, I educate guests on the function and fit of each garment. I am in charge of the Product Notification email each week, which entails taking product to a coach or instructor each week, having them try it on, take a picture of them in it, and having them give me feedback on what works and what doesn't about the garment. I am on the Community team, making sure that we have a strong, positive connection and presence in the Austin athletic community. I also am in charge of the company wide monthly Product Call, and relaying the information to the team at the store.

I was the only employee of the Owner/Buyer at Bows+Arrows Boutique. I was in charge of receiving, tagging, and merchandising all product that came to the store. I kept track of and managed all inventory, and organized and managed invoices. I also consulted with her on which products to choose from look-books for the store for upcoming seasons.
