• In- charge for the Architectural aspects of the building, the Planning, Design, Details and Specifications.
• Handles Client/ Owners Negotiations, Conference and Meetings.
• Monitors the Plan, Design, details and Specifications are well implemented during construction.
• Prepares and schedules activities on site using Microsoft Project Software.
• Attends Seminars, Conferences and Expositions of Suppliers and Contractors.
• Attends Seminars, Conferences and Meetings conducted by the Government and Private Sectors for the updates of the new Laws, Codes and Trends in the Construction and Design Industry.
• Conducts coordination meeting with the management transparency and teamwork.
• Plans, study and reviews activities ahead of time to provide a strategy to make job easier and accurate.
• Conduct accomplishment report to the management.
• Take full responsibility of laying out complicated designs and shape of my design especially when help is being asked by the Site Engineer and or the site supervisors. The same thing happens with my subordinates.

• Give solid specifications on what to be used, what Kind of finish it should be and how it should be done, which is by making a detailed drawing.
• Make sure that my Design and Specifications are well implemented during construction.
• Prepare and schedule activities on site using Microsoft Project Software.
• Foresees and study the project’s possible constraints during construction and early solution before it affects the schedule of the project.
• Conduct coordination meeting with the management and workers for Good transparency and good teamwork.
• Plans, study and reviews activities ahead of time to provide a strategy to make job easier and accurate.
• Conduct accomplishment report to my superiors and management.
• Take full responsibility of laying out complicated designs and shape of my design especially when help is being asked by the Site Engineer and the foreman. The same thing happens with my subordinates.

• Responsible for the quality of work and materials involve on site during Construction.
• Responsible for the layout of complicated design and details given by our chief Architect.
• Do all the detailed drawing showing what is the finish and how it should Be done for implementation.
• Participate in coordination meeting with my superiors and management.
