- Working with US headquarters to maintain and update the Singapore website
- Ensure information is being conveyed in a timely and accurate manner

- Create promotions and movement in Facebook to increase amount of likes and popularity
- Maintain and update SEM account with outsourced company
PR AND EVENTS
- Liaise with outsourced PR company for media coverage, media events etc
- Manage media event set up, execution and follow up
- Manage and create all materials distributed to media and public
- Look up for events and trade show that can help boost membership & publicity
- Execution of all quarterly events (Venue booking, event flow, print materials, set-up etc.)
- Manage and guide PR and Marketing Communications Specialist in day to day activities
COMPETITORS RESEARCH
- Create monthly report on major competitors of the company in the South East Asia region
- Review and recommend updates and changes to company if any

Responsible for designing various POP items for clients * Play key role in the design team (including idea generation, product development, actual manufacturing of product) * Laising with clients in development of POP line * Responsible for sourcing, communicating and developing finalized ideas with factories in China * Ensure design is manufactured according to design * Take part in arranging shipment and delivery for products manufactured (container capacity)
