Developed template for ordering freestanding fixture elements that integrated with stock ordering systems and vendor inventory management allowing for more nimble inventory control while maintaining enough quantity to allow for negotiated pricing.

Worked with vendor to develop a flat pack fixture program for shipment to all European Urban Outfitters stores that allowed company to take advantage of reduced cost to manufacture fixtures in the United States versus the UK.

Created partnerships with European vendors that streamlined troubleshooting allowing Merchant team more time to focus on selling product an not having to manage production issues and inventory.

Began working with multiple departments to develop strategic partnerships with up and coming designers in both Europe and the United states to design one off fixture concepts that would generate collateral promotion at new store openings and create long term partnerships that would support the community that provides the creative climate that allows Urban to differentiate itself.

Implemented and managed first ever multi store fixture package from conceptual order through final production.
