Redeveloped the fit, grade, specs, updated fabrications, style, and color and created a completely new look for a higher end customer. Took the line from around 2 million in sales to 6 million before it was sold six years later.

Prepare and present direction for senior management. Analyze sales and trend forecasting. Balance print design and color coordination across, and within, brands for optimum sales and profitability. Manage and maintain art files, purchase and direct art. Approve lab dips, strike-offs and hand looms. Communicate with factories and mills to meet quality and design standards. Technical and esthetic trouble shooting and problem resolution. During my tenure this position has grown from "artist" to a pivotal design lead position, contributing to substantial sales growth and improvement of brand identity.

- BOTTOMS Designer for Ocean Pacific young men's and boys pants and shorts. Responsible for all phases of design from concept through production. Set design direction, sourced fabrics, researched and developed finishes and art, and presented to Op corporate and sales force. Analyzed sales, developed the merchandise plan, set the line calendar and placed initial fabric buys. Traveled to Bayly owned factory and worked with engineering on cost effective construction. Worked to meet goals set by Op corporate. The Op shorts and pants grossed $52 million wholesale annually.

DESIGNER - Full time and Freelance Contracts: Design responsibilities for Men's and Women's outerwear and junior denim.

Founder and owner of two retail stores in the Denver area that received three 5280 Magazine "Best of Denver" awards. I did the buying, merchandising and planning for the stores as well as designing and producing 50% and of the product sold. The company was comprised of two partners and 3-5 employees. Studio Bini Stores grossed around $350,000 annually.

Developed, trademarked, marketed, designed, and produced Studio Bini, a fashion children's apparel brand. The brand began as a direct to consumer e-commerce only project, and then developed into a wholesale business selling to boutiques across the US. Due to family obligations, I closed the business in 2015.
