Lisa Pasternak

Hi my name is Lisa, I have 10+ years experience working in the design field and 7.5 years experience working in animation during which I was became art director managing a team of animators and designers. I have experience in print design, media, motion graphics, animation, illustration, filming, set design, pre production, post production, management, hiring, and more... I love working as a team and collaborating with others. I am a self starter and mostly self taught. Whatever needs to be done I figure out how to do it, and do it well. I appreciate positivity and good energy because that is what I bring. I run a team based on mutual respect and understanding and not through hierarchy and title. Open and constant communication is key!
