Create CAD artwork, factory print packages, buyer presentations for clients including Macy’s, TJ Maxx, Burlington, Ross,
Cato & Ashley Stewart.

• Work closely with Creative Director to create a successful startup company.
• Clarify brand strategy, design company identity with likeable brand personality, integrate brand touchpoints, implement memorable tagline(s), selective brand associations.
• Additional responsibilities include but not limited to; web design and development, graphic design, company logos, packaging design, invitations, flyers, email blasts, video, image edits and optimization for website, advertising and social media, public relations, event planning, guest lists, seating charts, step & repeat banners.

- Create original CAD textile prints, graphic designs and special projects for Serena Williams.
- Generate artwork; all-over repeats, placements, embellishments, wovens, knits, watercolors and embroideries; with multiple colorways, indexing (color separation) and print packages for mill development.
- Develop product package concept; E-com packaging design for shipping, including shipping box, tissue paper, sticker and appreciation cards, as well as labels, hangtags, buttons and zipper pull.

• Create CAD artwork, trend presentations, factory packages, design presentations and special projects for 20+ QVC, HSN and EVINE brands: such as Dennis Basso, Dennis Basso Home, Giuliana Rancic, Hal Rubenstein Home Furnishings, Serena Williams, Lisa Rinna, Bibhu Mohapatra, Nicole Richie, and Vanessa Williams.
• Generate original all-over repeats, placements, embellishments, watercolors and embroideries for apparel and home goods teams using Adobe Creative Cloud Products.
• Interview, schedule and train interns, freelancers and new hires; delegating tasks and directing as needed.
• Create logos, labels, hangtags, embellishments, patches, etc. for apparel and home goods teams.
• Create and maintain artwork files and archives, electronic files and seasonal color palettes for all design teams.
• Support & maintain Epson Stylus Pro Wide Format Printer, printer supplies and Pantone Swatch Libraries.
• Coordinate multiple artwork requests from diverse design teams, schedule priorities and implement approved changes.
• Create a classic, informative marketing brochure for the Home Goods team. Stage products and capture digital images, editing images to ensure accurate lighting and color. Design layout and typography to integrate images with product information provided by client.
• Work closely with Monodon Int’l CEO on marketing & brand strategy, as well as product packaging concepts for new skin care line.
• Create brand strategy and craft company identity; logos, color palette, brochures, business cards, stationary, office entrance signage, etc.

- Create and maintain software and procedural training packages for designers, including but not limited to U4ia (Kaledo) by Lectra, Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Provide software training and coaching to design, production and new hire / freelance teams.
- Responsible for interviewing all potential freelance applicants and maintaining the freelance schedule for the design teams.
