RICHARD PHAM (Lord Fierce) was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Now residing on the opposite coast, he has set down new roots at his Brooklyn studio where he creates his work.
Naturally adorable, Richard has a creative spirit and imagination that he imbues into all of his passions. After drawing, dancing, and singing his way through high school, this passion for the arts took him to UC San Diego where he earned a degree in Theatre, focusing on artistic direction and design.
In 2008, Richard moved to West Hollywood, California, to pursue a career in acting that lead to a life of constantly honing new creative skills while juggling auditions. A master of multitasking, Richard began bringing his sketchbook everywhere to draw the funny situations and fantastic characters he would encounter. Family, friends and colleagues enjoyed his work and encouraged him to pursue a career in art. Once he realized only a very select few of us can achieve the prestige and grace of Angelina Jolie, Richard decided to take his skills and passion for visual arts and become a Picasso.
He began drawing caricatures as gifts for his friends and it was worth the investment! Richard's illustrations and conceptual art pieces have now been featured in magazines, newspapers, and comic books - most recently designing an entire line of characters for the San Francisco based Gaysar Comics.
During his creative journey, Richard discovered the world of abstract painting. He fell in love with the challenge of representing feelings, energies, landscapes, and people that are independent of the real world. His works have been collected and exhibited from Beverly Hills to Manhattan.
Abstract art is freedom - a way to communicate messages, moments, and ideas in their most pure form - creating a connection between the subconscious and outside observers.
