About
Creating things from anything I can find is always something I have loved doing. I design to improve the lives of others. Starting projects taking them right through the design process from research to product launch is what hugely excites me. I have the ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work colleagues and team members. I know how to set goals and achieve them. I have a desire to work in multiple areas of design to develop, grow and gain as a person. I am a progressive organised individual, ready to take on any challenge.

WC CubicleRoca Ltd2013 - 2013Design a squatting pan for production in India while on an Erasmus exchange programme to Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Barcelona, Spain. From this experience I learnt a lot about how to work as part of a team. Working with a multinational company gave me greater understanding on what it takes to work with real companies. "Lorraine did a great job. She lead the group on several occasions and she was able persuade the rest of the team to follow her direction. My time on this project gave me great awareness on how important it is to put your-self in the user's shoes.
