* Transitioned from Women's RTW to Children's wear after launching Crown & Ivy 7-16 line in 2017 in tandem with the responsibility of designer for the leading private brand for Belk. * Acquired leadership of additional baby, toddler, and 4-6x via my work ethic and leadership skills to be lead designer for all Crown & Ivy children's wear. * Lead the brand for Baby, Toddler, 2-6, and 7-16 from concept and development to the PP and approval stage for all product * Create seasonal color palettes and direction, develop brand right product by partnering with overseas offices, lead concept fits to ensure product maintains designer vision, track and approve color/trim/artwork strike offs * Partner cross-functionally with 3 different merchant teams, tech design, sourcing, and marketing teams to create correct assortment to maximize sales
