Tailored clothing for actors, including Tobey McGuire, Laura Linney, and Elizabeth Banks, etc. Stocking of inventory, researching fabric stores, running errands in an efficient manner. Developing a calendar for clothing and shoot dates. Managing petty cash and financial accounting.

Appointment management utilizing scheduling software. processing business paperwork and communications through email, fax, scanners, and copy machines. Answering multiple phone lines and distributing mail. Maintaining confidentiality of patient information, organizing and filing patient charts, preparing financial reports, managing banking transactions, performing medical coding and billing functions.
