Adidas by Hender Scheme x ACRONYM
Design Challenge by ConceptKicks x TheShoeSurgeon
BRIEF :
Incorporate Hender Scheme’s signature use of vachetta leather, and create a concept that combines ACRONYM’s technically savvy and disruptive design DNA in a creative and aesthetically pleasing way.
The concept must also use the Adidas EQT Support 93/17 tooling to form the base of the design.
APPROACH :
The core of my approach was all about finding balance, by creating a concept that fused the DNA of all three protagonists in a way that one would not overpower the other. I also wanted to place importance on simplicity and craftsmanship since the winning concept would be hand made in collaboration with TheShoeSurgeon.
