Senior member of the Injection Molding team. Responsibilities include managing tool/part builds, DFM, Flow Simulation, team mentoring, subject matter expert, technical sales, development of standard work and training materials, reporting/analytics, project management, and other responsibilities as needed.

Oversees the implementation of multiple assigned projects, making sure that each stays within the stipulated timing and budget. Project scope for each assignment will normally include overall responsibility for multiple injection molds, assembly equipment, packaging equipment, and/or contract manufacturing projects. Primary function, regardless of scope of project, is to lead a cross-functional project team making sure that time, risks, costs, quality and project resources are utilized efficiently.

Responsible for cradle-to-grave product development, including ideation, concept development, detail design, prototyping, documentation, and interfacing with the customer and manufacturer.

Cradle to grave product development. Responsible for conceptualization and manufacturing of products. Responsible for maintaining existing product lines on many levels including sourcing of outdated components, documentation of changes, sales analysis. Marketing functions as well including retail packaging design, editing, sourcing, and upkeep. Responsible for various product management functions including the research of various markets and categories. Responsible for prototyping new concepts and developing them into marketable products.

Worked on several projects in the rehabilitation and robotics laboratory. Responsibilities included matlab programming, protoyping, machining, basic electrical circuit design, microcontroller programming and implementation, pnueamatics control, and DAQ. Worked independetly and alongside PHD and Masters students on projects mainly including rehabilitation devices for those suffering from cerebral palsy.
