Currently, UX Designer at GE Renewable Energy for digital product development. Designing the user experience for GE Wind Power products that unifies, simplifies and prepares GE for a competitive platform for all renewable energy management, including field service maintenance platforms intended to improve site operations and profitability. Delivering design solutions based on user stories. Enhancing and implementing application core features that includes: consolidating task management, optimizing daily schedules, maintaining historical records, and standardize reporting. These tasks simplify site operations, while reducing operating costs and increasing worker productivity. Conducting UX review meetings to give and receive feedback on UX designs.
GE Power, Digital Services | November 2018 – March 2019
On-site UX Designer at GE Power for digital product development. Designed the user experience of a platform for field service maintenance cost of gas turbines. Delivered high level designs that demanded excellence, implemented various features and UX interfaces based on user stories that included: outage planning module, tabular resource view, change log, delegation assignment, SM/CSM’s role & responsibility submit module, partial headcount mobilization and demobilization, email notification templates, home screen UI for no event selected and unlimited UX enhancements based on UAT feedback. Conducted daily UX review meetings and attended daily scrum meetings.

Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is one of the top 10 comprehensive art museums in the United States and the largest art museum in the southeast. I re-designed VMFA identity system including VMFA logos, color palette, brand identity style guide and ensured consistency across all touch points. Collaborated with an interdisciplinary team of designers to design, produce and implement a wide variety of design projects ranged from exhibition graphic design to print, web, digital and other forms of visual communication.

Hoover & Strong is an eco-friendly precious metals manufacturer and refiner in the jewelry and refining industries. I developed their high quality product photography for print, web and digital platforms. Created successful direct mail campaigns, product flyers and brochures. Designed custom jewelry display forms to support the inside and outside sales teams.
