Designed the user experience for GE Wind Power products that unifies, simplifies and prepares GE for a competitive platform for all renewable energy management. Responsible for the application of user experience design methodologies, best practices and proven processes to help deliver digital technology projects and products on schedule with superb quality. Worked with product owners across the businesses to understand market needs and vision to quickly translate that vision into designs for software. Proactively engaged with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analytical skills and best practices. Contributed to multiple rapid research, effective documentation and communication of design - via wireframes, mockups, prototyping and requirements engineering.

On-site UX Designer at GE Power for digital product development. Designed PGE user experience – Power Growth Engine; a platform for field service maintenance cost of gas turbines. Delivered high level designs that demanded excellence, implemented various features and UX interfaces based on user stories that included: outage planning module, tabular resource view, change log, delegation assignment, SM/CSM’s role & responsibility submit module, partial headcount mobilization and demobilization, email notification templates, home screen UI for no event selected and unlimited UX enhancements based on UAT feedback.
