Duties and Responsibilities:

CAD Operator:
• Prepare shop drawings for Road & Infrastructure like Road Layout, Sign & Marking, Utilities Drawing for Dry and Wet Services, Cross Section & Standard Details
• Responsible in preparation of RTA & DOT TIS, Summary Plans & GIS Drawings for final Approval
• Familiar of converting GIS information’s (SHP) to CAD and vice-versa.
• Ability to coordinate CAD and GIS team for data update.
• Analyze and update base map drawings & Reformat incoming drawings for use,
• Update and maintain existing and proposed project drawings up to date.
• Able to lead, provide supervision and assign tasks to junior cad technicians.
• CAD team leader on drawing co-ordination between discipline leaders and CAD technicians.
• Clean up CAD files for project closeout

Graphic Designer:
• Create design for company brochure, business card, flyer, sign board, CD label, project cover page & other design’s required by the company
• Responsible in designing static and dynamic presentation for the company’s project proposal and company profile,
• Responsible in the design and development as well as maintenance of company website.

IT Administrator:
• Maintain and administer computer network workstations, utilizing one or more TCP/IP networking protocols and Windows -based or non- Windows based operating systems, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations for desktop & laptop
• Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, and software; Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, Windows Server file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, CD ROM units, printers, and related equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create design using Macintosh & Windows based graphic programs
• Meeting clients to discuss their needs for advertisement and propose project
• Take photos of the product needed for the design
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issue
• Create logo, brochure, business cards, catalogue, vehicle graphics, signboard, banner, roll up, CD cover & label, flyer, poster, & other graphic needs for advertisement & corporate identities
• Multi-tasking work as a graphic designer, often work on more than one design brief at a time
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief project
• Create preview of the artwork to be presented to the client for approval
• Design product presentation and company profile to be given to the potential customer
• Supervise work in production and digital printing area
• Responsible in computer networking, installation and configuration of Router, LAN & WLAN. Software & Hardware installation, troubleshooting, daily back up and Data Recovery.

• Supervised and monitor our system and Server and Perform daily back up of our data base
• Works in areas of software Research and Development
• Troubleshoot computer hardware/software problems and facilitate all computer software installation
• Prepares text editing & generates reports from the database
• Train new staff and teach co-workers how to operate frequently used and newly acquired software programs & assists my colleagues for all their technical requirements
