Before settling in San Francisco, Marc built his eye as a journalist in France, working in photo-reportage across Eastern Europe and Africa before a stint at Agence France-Presse in Paris. A defining moment — losing nearly all his possessions in Bolivia and realizing his camera was what he missed most — solidified his full commitment to visual storytelling.
