Product Designer (Visual)

• As the lead/sole designer of Experience PlayStation, I was involved in the product's ideation and execution. The first iteration shipped in December 2016 and is currently in use for PlayStation events all over the world. User engagement at events increased by 30%, with new PSN accounts created by users through the app and increased traffic to partners like the PlayStation Gear store and indie game studios.
• I worked with product managers, developers, and partners to grow concepts and integrate new features. The increased functionality and the lower event cost led to it being adopted by our overseas teams in Latin America, Europe, and Asia, where I traveled to support and do R&D.
• I created and managed the product's look and feel, design systems and pattern library across all platforms (mobile, web, staff app). Creating the massive design system was my own personal initiative and greatly streamlined the sharing of creative assets for use.
• I created wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, animations, and Powerpoints/keynotes as essential visual communication for the team, clients, and stakeholders. Having our ideas and concepts properly visualized was key in winning over partners and getting features approved.
