Advance Health Care Directives: Persuading healthy people to think about their own end of life is difficult. For this project, I developed personas to guide web content development. The main purpose of the website was to inform people about the need to have a plan in place, and to persuade them to complete an Advance Health Care Directive form. Most importantly, the site seeks to persuade people to talk to their loved ones and agents about their wishes at end of life.
