Worked in co-operation with the companies internal Graphic and Communications team, filming, producing, or updating support content, presentations, for publication on internal website.

Created, maintained, and updated internal Sharepoint and Web sites for the project, information gathering from various sources, content editing, and delivering of the information in the appropriate format (email, site, training, etc...).

Creation, co-ordinated, and delivery of training, for new hires, refreshment product training, training for other projects, plus receiving training directly from Canon on new release visits to Canon hq's in London and Amsterdam..

Answering calls from clients, web submits, and SPOC duties for agents on the floor.
