line quality and create new development.

Creation and management of Cads, B.O.Ms, Art and Tech Packs.

Work with President, CEO and Sales to create line for upcoming events and markets.

Responsible for the conceptual development of product lines from samples through production.

Detail oriented preparation and updating of sketches, bill of materials and artwork for product design.

Responsible for fabric and trim development and in sample fits and line edits.

Produce mechanical sketches through interpretation of design ideas and revises color ways on stripes, prints, and graphics.

Prepare presentation materials for line previews and buy meetings by creating mock up sample and
samples while staying current with trends, new techniques and resources in fashion design.

Maintenance of interaction with outside vendor for line development.

Liaison between pre-production and production, and an integral part of new product creation.

Management of all private-label patterns and samples, including: first pattern, production pattern,
grading and fitting.

Skilled Creation of Tech Packs, writing pattern cards, patterns specs and finished garment specs.

Effective communication with sample sewers/team to coordinate workflow.

Excellent Research and develop for upcoming men’s styles and trends for spring and fall 2005

Keen Selection for color stories and fabrics, along with materials and quality of garment embellishments such as buttons, zippers and stitching.

Design collection according to the market, to enhance and develop an integrated look.

Maintain time lines and meet production schedule deadlines, while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt and change.

Create superlative tech-packs and transfer info mills/factories, with complete garment and component specifications.
