Lead a team of UX and UI designer on a large and complex digital transformation project for legal enterprise software service company.

Conducted stakeholder interviews. absorbed research outcomes and insights into effective design solutions. iterative design process with high focus on deliverable outcome for journeys.

Expert Review-Analyze existing sites / products and identify User Experience breakpoints

Data Gathering-Participate and conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business objectives. Observe Persuasion Emotion Trust (PET) interviews, to understand drives and blocks around User mental model and buying behavior

Design Strategy-Create profiles, personas, scenarios, information architecture, user interface design structure to create a groundwork for detailed design

Usability Testing-Organize and conduct Usability Testing sessions, by creating participant screeners, interview protocols, participant recruitment, moderating the testing, and analyzing the findings

Detail Design- Create high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using collaborative tools like Axure. Collaborate with the visual design and development teams to produce pixel-perfect end products

About TEP: This programme was focused on creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem for young engineering students. Design Thinking Workshops, Virtual lectures on New Product Development cycle, Design challenges, Boot Camps, Internships.

My work: I was the first designer to join this programme which started in 2014

- Pioneered design thinking workshops at seven engineering colleges across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana; attended by over 300 students
- Teaching Associate for New Product Development Cycle in the technology domain via online forum and workshops
- Part of the team to formulate Design Challenges for TEP students
- Mentor to 600 students for Design Challenge 2015 from 16 colleges across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
- Designed TEP brochure for pitching to prospective colleges and students for the programme

My experience: Working here for me was like working in a startup, where there were very few people on the team initially but with constant support from people working at ISB it was an enriching experience. We often had to accommodate for unexpected fall outs in the system of the programme but with deliberation I was able to rise to the challenges.

-Craft documentation of Stone Craft Products designed during a Craft development workshop at Ambaji, Gujarat. Designed product brochure from scratch including visiting the site for photo documentation and measurement of products

-Content writing for Bamboo Craft development project at Bhutan, which was conducted in collaboration with Bhutan government and NID Outreach. This included documentation of the process, strategy used for craft development and design methodologies.

Design project pertaining to develop a family of table lamps made of paper. (USP of the company) colapsable and in accordance to international standards.

Inmark Exports is an export house based in India but exports paper products of international standards and quality, mainly luminares all over the world.

Paper products developed were displayed at Messe Frankfurt Ambiente 2013 and India trade Fair 2013

Research and conceptualize Lifestyle products for urban interior spaces using materials Corian, HI-MAX and Acrylic.

This project mainly had three phases:

Marching Ants is mainly a movie advertising company which does print media planning for production houses. The project I worked on was for UTV production Pictures
