Creating exciting new store experiences by delivering innovative concepts and a unique localized design direction for each store. Responsible for driving the store design process from initial market research and conceptual plan development through construction documentation. Direct coordination with executive leadership, department coordinators, construction, equipment/fixture purchasing, decor, marketing, architecture firms and creative agencies.

Creative management of internal partners and architecture/design agencies to develop interior design for new stores and remodels in Whole Foods Market's South Region.

Responsibilities include;
-Creative direction
-Project management
-Specification of paint, tile, flooring, lighting, fixtures, furniture, millwork, decor and signage.
-Management of budgets, timelines, fabrication and installation

In-house agency responsible for developing new merchandising standards, concepts and solutions. Coordinated directly with VM, RCM, Merchants and Marketing groups to design new in-store merchandising programs. Combining strategy with environments, products, fixtures and signing to create stimulating displays that drive sales.

Collaborated with internal teams and vendors to design and implement new prototype store fixtures and partner business environments. Projects included Beauty, Home, Pharmacy, Photo and Optical departments.

Managed the design and production of environmental graphics for healthcare, hospitality, educational, residential and retail environments.
