* Implement office-wide program assessment including the departments of Spiritual Life, Community Service, Bonner Scholars, and Social Justice. * Develop communication strategies utilizing digital media, web analytics, web design, and creation of office wide promotional materials through Adobe, Canva, Piktochart, Wordpress, and social media. * Identify and write grants to add to departmental funding for program development, approximately $60,000 in funds successfully raised. * Supervise two direct reports who are full-time staff and six professional staff assessment projects. * Manage, report, and plan over $300,000 annual budget. * Serve on DePauw's conduct hearing board and settle judicial cases brought forth before the board. * Develop, coordinate, and lead both domestic and international Alternative Spring Break Trips

* Design civic engagement strategy, pedagogy, and methodology in partnership with the Bonner Foundation for 50+ Liberal Arts Institutions. * Lead multiple workshops and trainings at National Bonner Conferences and serve as consultant to other institutions in the Bonner Scholars Network. * Develop resources for institutions in the Bonner Network including the authorship of a Civic Engagement Reader and Digital Media.

* Managed male residence hall of 400 students, RA staff of 17, and six student desk workers * Settled minor judicial cases and mediated student conflicts * Developed Fall / Spring Weeklong trainings and organized logistics, trips, and event planning for the week * Responded to a variety of emergency situations during on-call rotation including suicide, drugs, alcohol and utilized university protocol to respond to these situations Accomplishments * Developed RA peer mentorship program in which new RAs were paired with returning RAs * Replaced entire paper system used for check-ins, room requests, and room reports by designing criteria with Jotforms and hosting relevant data on Google Sites.

* Taught English as a Second Language to K-3rd grade in public and private schools * Created lesson plans, planned events, communicated with parents, and graded students * Worked in Multilanguage environment that helped enhance cross-cultural communication techniques and sensitivity

* Coordinated after-school program for 50+ economically disadvantaged youth * Advised Bonner Scholars and volunteer team of 20 individuals and provided team trainings, mentorship, and evaluation each semester * Successfully wrote grants to fund after-school programming, compiled research on program effectiveness and its impact on literacy rates of students enrolled in the program * Developed interactive training sessions, assessed and evaluated eight community partners, managed 30 FWS students, wrote handbook for program, interviewed students for program Accomplishments * Increased both volunteer and youth participation at two after-school program sites from 12 to 25 staff and 20 to 55 youth. * Implemented reading level assessments on youth, redesigned programming, and saw increase of GPA performance and reading levels among majority of youth in the program
