Michael Babineau

Currently, I am working as a Subaru & Mazda Certified Sales Consultant at North End Subaru in Lunenburg, MA. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers and determining their vehicle needs by asking questions and listening. I also maintain customer information in a contact management system to help lay the foundation for customer loyalty. The ultimate goal is to establish an income quota that is consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity. With guidance and assistance of the management team, I am able to use strategies to meet these income goals.

Prior to this I worked for 7 years as a Composition Artist for Deluxe. Responsibilities include taking customer samples or artwork and creating an aesthetically pleasing layout that satisfies customer requests and specifications. I am very creative and multi-talented with extensive experience in Quark XPress, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I am also familiar with MS Office, HTML, and currently studying Flash, InDesign and Dreamweaver.

I am considered a highly organized team player that relates well to individuals with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish the necessary strategies to achieve goals. During my time with Deluxe I was given the opportunity to train five new employees. As a trainer, I gained the respect of my co-workers and became a resource with my solid knowledge of specifications and department procedures. Once given the opportunity to demonstrate my talents, I am sure that I can prove to be a worthwhile addition to any organization.
