About
My designs and art have become heavily influenced by my travels, people I have crossed paths with, and street art that I would find everywhere from galleries, train tunnels, abandoned buildings, and public spaces in countless cities across the U.S. The color palette I use for both painting and sewing is made up of bright, rich, complex elements that appear as if they have their own energy they bring to the project.

BFA Industrial DesignMassachusetts College of Art and Design2001 - 2005EDUCATION Graduate of Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Boston, MA; completed a BFA in Industrial Design. Recipient of 2005 MassArt student IDSA (Industrial Design Society of America) Merit Award for senior thesis project, runner-up. Also studied fashion design electives in areas of patternmaking and garment construction; also courses in design history, art history, traditional mixed-media rendering, computer aided rendering, ideation sketching, graphic design, metalworking, materials and manufacturing, market research, and product design and development. Located on the edge of Boston’s Fenway neighborhood, ‘MassArt’ is the oldest and only free-standing accredited public art institution in the entire United States. Acceptance into the undergraduate program is highly selective- with a student body totaling about 2000 people; and MassArt has been ranked as a top global design school by Businessweek, Forbes Magazine, U.S. News, and ARWU (Academic Ranking of World Universities.)
