“Vision without execution is nothing more than hallucenation”. Another version of “actions speak louder than words”, this quote hits home for anything in the realm of creative. I have been fortunate enough to be surrounded by “doers” who will stop at nothing to achieve perfection in execution.
With no shortage of ideas, the challenge is choosing the right direction. Based on comprehensive creative experience and an unwavering curiousity, I have found the “right” direction can find itself by following a clear purpose.

Creative DirectorDec 2015 - Present (10 years 6 months)Currently lead a team of ten multi-disciplinary creatives including Interactive Design, Graphic Design, Architectural Development and Creative Strategy.
Lead creative strategy development including Creative Brief drafts, project qualification and marking initiatives.
Department meetings - affectionately called Creative Caffeine - as a forum for creative development, inspiration, and as a tool to kick off projects.
Manage workloads, budgets, and team advancement initiatives.
Occasionally take on role as Lead Designer on several ongoing accounts including but not limited to Toshiba’s Retail Commerce group, Deloitte, Kawneer, Sandvik (mining equip) and Acuity Brands.
